The resort features direct reef access, amazing for snorkeling enthusiasts. I appreciated the variety of food offered daily at the buffet, ensuring diverse meal options. Our room was always clean. Faris from housekeeping kept it in order and provided any requested extras. Mohamed Ibrahim at reception helped a lot whenever we needed something. He would quickly arrange it.

The furniture was somewhat worn. A little maintenance might enhance the room's appeal.

The room included two sinks, which allowed us to use the space at the same time. A rainfall shower was available in the bathroom. It provided good water pressure. The bedsheets were clean. towels, too.

The hotel location provided easy access to the beach, a great advantage. The sea's proximity added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. This meant we were able to spend more time enjoying the coastal scenery and activities, ideal.

the reception upgraded us. connecting rooms were spacious. staff offered really good support during my holiday. ayman noor, mohamed ahmed, and uthman are amazing. the hotel provided value for money.

i did notice some areas could use a bit more dusting.

I wasn't happy about a few things. the service wasn't always great. Things took a while. also, the room wasn't the best. i noticed some cleanliness issues. the bathroom really needed some work, too. the security asking for my room number so often also felt excessive.
